Booked an appointment with Geoff and from the off go he made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I explained what kind of price range and car I was hoping for and he showed us many options and went through every detail and query we had in depth. He is very knowledgeable on both used and new cars which led us to buy my new car. He emailed and printed out everything I needed to take away with me and we all round had an amazing experience with Geoff. Thank you so much for your help again.

A warm, friendly and a relaxed welcome was received from the moment we stepped through the door. We dealt with Geoff whom is very knowledgeable, he gave sound advice and was very helpful and proactive sending emails and giving us updates on the car. Geoff gave a thorough, detailed handover, we did not feel rushed and could ask as many questions as we wanted. Thanks Geoff for a pleasant, friendly experience. We only visited this garage and we can highly recommend it. Thanks again!

Great customer service. Dan put Google maps on my car and my favourite radio stations. Showed me how the new features worked. Let me know when the car arrived and it's progress beforehand when it was on its way. They put a full tank of petrol in too. Friendly and helpful

I have recently experienced a very smooth used car purchase from start to finish, and would like to thank Chris Hargreaves very much. I was looking to buy an EV and found a MG MG4 at this dealership online. Initial contact was prompt after I had enquired about the car and from then on my experience was seamless - a highlight being the personalised video of a walk around the car, which focused on the condition, features and any points I had raised to look at more closely. Each step was clear and handled efficiently by Chris who kept me updated on the paperwork, and I felt welcomed and at ease when it was time to collect my car (which had also been fully charged for me). Customer service was of an excellent standard throughout and I could not fault any point of the process. Best car purchase experience to date. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful staff! Advised the sales that I'm leasing via work and wanted to test drive the new Kona before making my decision. No problems at all waited 5 mins and off for a test drive!
